Ingredients:
Peanut truffles
- 2.5 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 1 cup of homogeneous peanut butter
- 5 tbsp (75 g) butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
Preparation:
- Using a mixer, beat the powdered sugar, peanut butter, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Roll portions of the mixture (1 heaping teaspoon) into balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roll the peanut butter balls in any or all of the toppings. Freeze until firm, about 20 minutes. These truffles are best served very chilled.
