Baked Oreo Marshmallow Cookies "S'mores"

Ingredients:

• 12 chocolate sandwich cookies, for example, Oreo ®
• 12 pieces marshmallow
• 12 cubes of milk chocolate bar (about 42 g)

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven grill.
2. Using a twisting motion, remove the tops of the cookies. Arrange the bottoms of the cookies on a baking sheet, cream filling facing up. Place the chocolate chips on the cream filling, then the marshmallows on top, laying them on their sides.
3. Bake the cookies on broiler mode, watching them closely, until the marshmallows are golden brown, about 30 seconds. Top each cookie with the remaining toppings. Eat while they're still melted and gooey.
