Guacamole from Ina Garten topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 4 ripe avocado
- 3 tbsp lemon juice (1 lemon)
- 8 drops of hot pepper sauce
- 0.5 cup red onion, finely diced (1 small onion)
- 1 large clove of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and finely diced
Preparation:
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pits, and use a spoon to scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Immediately drizzle with lemon juice. hot pepper sauce, add onion, garlic, salt and pepper; stir.
- Using a sharp knife, finely chop the avocado in a bowl. Add the tomatoes. Mix well and taste for salt and pepper.
Exit: 3 tbsp.
