Grilled asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 2 bunches of asparagus, 400 g each.
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp. parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Preparation:

  1. In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry 1/4 cup. breadcrumbs, 1 grated garlic clove and a pinch of salt. Add 1 tbsp. chopped parsley and 1 tsp. lemon zest.
  2. 2 bunches of trimmed asparagus Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for 5–6 minutes until tender. Sprinkle the cooked asparagus with the breadcrumb mixture.
