Ingredients:

  • 450 g chicken breasts
  • 450 g chicken wings
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks with leaves, diced
  • 4 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • A sprig of thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 2 teaspoons black peppercorns
  • 8 tbsp of water

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
