Combine about a third of the lemon sugar with 3 tablespoons of halved strawberries. Prepare the egg mixture for Perfect French Toast (see Note). Place 4 halved strawberries into the mixture. English muffins Soak for 5 minutes, then toast and bake according to the recipe. Sandwich some strawberries and extra lemon sugar between the two muffin halves. Top with some yogurt, strawberries, and a drizzle of honey.NotePerfect French Toast: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a shallow bowl, whisk together 4 eggs, 1 1/2 tablespoons light cream or milk, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon sugar, and a pinch of salt. Melt 1/2 tablespoon (75g) butter in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Working in batches, dip 6 thick slices white bread, challah, or brioche into the egg mixture and fry in the pan until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes per side, adding more butter if necessary. Transfer the toasts to a baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until puffed. Meanwhile, melt 4 tablespoons (1/2 cup) of the butter in the same pan. (60 g) butter until browned, about 5 minutes.
