Asparagus and Lima Bean Salad

Preparation:

Whisk together 1/4 cup. mayonnaise, 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan, 0.5 tsp. black pepper and 1 tbsp. water. Trim 0.5 kg. asparagus and cut into pieces. Place it in a steamer.

Add 1 cup of canned lima beans, close the steamer, and cook the vegetables for 3-5 minutes until tender. Then transfer them to a serving platter, season with salt, drizzle with the dressing, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
