Ingredients:
- 3 cups blackberries
- 18 canned lychees (from one 500 ml jar), plus 3/4 cup syrup
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups sweetened acai juice
- 1 cup blueberry smoothie
- 18 large blueberries
- 3 cups lemonade with lime
- 1 cup spiced rum or gin (optional)
Preparation:
- Puree the blackberries, lychee syrup, and lemon juice in a blender. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing down on the solids with a rubber spatula. Add the acai juice and blueberry juice. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Carefully push a blueberry into the flesh of each lychee. Pour the drink into a pitcher and add the lychees, then gently stir in the lemonade and rum, if using. Serve over ice.
