Country-style potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 700 g unpeeled red-skinned potatoes
  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 230°C, place baking sheet in oven.

    Cut the potatoes lengthwise into eight wedges. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, cherry tomatoes, rosemary, garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the potatoes on a preheated baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Turn them over and continue baking for another 10 minutes.
