Skewers with Spanish cheese and quince marmalade

Ingredients:

  • 450 g quince pastila (see tip)
  • 1 cup toasted and finely chopped almonds
  • 450 gr. Manchego cheese or Parmesan
  • 1 bunch watercress

Preparation:

  1. Cut the quince marmalade into 2.5 cm cubes and roll them in chopped almonds. Cut the cheese into 2.5 cm cubes.
  2. Thread a cube of quince marmalade onto a skewer, then a watercress leaf, followed by a cube of cheese. Place on a plate and serve.
