Preparation:

In a frying pan, fry 1 and 1/4 tsp to release the aroma. curry powder for 20 seconds. Let cool. In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of cranberry sauce and 1/2 cup of natural yogurt.

Add 2 cups of chopped turkey leftovers and 1/4 cup each of chopped green onions and celery. Season with salt and add some toasted walnuts (optional). Place a lettuce leaf in each pita and top with the filling.
