Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, basil and/or dill)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice or water
Preparation:
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt, herbs, garlic and a generous pinch of salt.
- Stir in the lemon juice and a couple of turns of the black pepper grinder. Blend until smooth.
