Yogurt salad dressing with garlic and herbs

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, basil and/or dill)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice or water

Preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, herbs, garlic and a generous pinch of salt.
  2. Stir in the lemon juice and a couple of turns of the black pepper grinder. Blend until smooth.
