Nachos with jerk pork

Ingredients:

  • 450 g pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup jerk seasoning
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 3 cups grated pepper jack cheese

Preparation:

  1. Rub 1 pound of pork tenderloin with 1/4 cup of salt. jerk seasonings; grill, then shred. Place pork on tortilla chips, top with 1 cup diced pineapple and 3 cups shredded pepper jack cheese.
  2. Bake in the oven, then sprinkle with fresh jalapeño rings and cilantro. Drizzle with lime juice.
