Grilled Corn with BBQ Butter

Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbsp ground ancho pepper
  • 4 ears of grilled corn

Preparation:

  1. Combine butter, garlic, barbecue sauce, and ancho powder in a food processor. Season with salt and process until smooth.
  2. Spread the herb butter on the grilled corn on the cob. Season with salt to taste.
