Black and white cookies

Ingredients:

  • Sugar cookie dough, 1 serving
  • Vanilla glaze, 300 g
  • Chocolate glaze, 300 g

Preparation:

  1. Mix classic sugar cookie dough without baking powder and refrigerate for 2 hours. Roll the dough out to a thickness of 0.3 cm, then cut out circles 5 cm in diameter and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 175°C. Let cool, then frost one side of the cookies with vanilla icing and the other side with chocolate icing.
