Ingredients:
- 1 kg asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- Olive oil
Preparation:
- Prepare the grill for medium direct heat and brush the grates with olive oil.
- Place the trimmed asparagus on a baking sheet. Add chopped garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat all the spears.
- Place the asparagus directly on the grill or in a grill basket. Grill until tender and lightly charred, about 5 minutes.
