Easy Grilled Pork Cutlets

topcook.tomathouse.com

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 8 natural pork cutlets on the bone, 1 cm thick (approximately 100 g each)

Preparation:

  1. Start by preparing the marinade. In a small bowl, combine the honey, vegetable oil, vinegar, cumin, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper, place in a resealable bag, and pour in the marinade. Let marinate on the counter for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Remove the pork chops from the bag and lightly season with salt and pepper. Place them on the grill and cook until the meat pulls away from the grate, about 4 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side for another 3 minutes. If using a grill pan, be sure to cook in batches to prevent the chops from overcooking. If you don't have a grill or grill pan, it's okay; you can cook the pork chops in a regular frying pan.
