Ingredients:
- 0.7 kg sweet potatoes, peeled (2 medium tubers)
- 1 tbsp. l. rapeseed oil
- 0.5 tsp salt + more to taste
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 230°C.
- Slice the sweet potatoes lengthwise into 0.5 cm thick strips and toss with butter and 0.5 teaspoon salt. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Place the sweet potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake until tender and crisp, about 30 minutes.
- Add additional salt to taste. Serve immediately.
