Whether you enjoy boiled corn or are looking for a way to grill it, it's time to get out the oil and holders. ![]() Microwave cornMicrowave whole, unhusked cobs for 3-4 minutes until kernels are tender. ![]() Clean and enjoyHold the finished cob firmly with a kitchen towel and cut off the root. The leaves and stigmas will easily come off the cob. ![]() Steamed cornPrepare a double boiler or double boiler by adding a few centimeters of water. Bring to a boil. Shuck the cobs and cut them in half, then place them upright in a steamer, cut side down.
