Spicy Grilled Corn

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp (45 g) butter at room temperature
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 4 ears of corn, shelled (remove husks and silks)

Preparation:

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine butter, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste. Rub the corn with the spice mixture, coating it completely.
  3. Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil and place on the grill. Grill for 20-25 minutes, turning several times to ensure even cooking. Carefully remove the foil and serve.
