Mustard sauce for meat

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup whole grain mustard
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 small shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped tarragon or any herbs
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons of water
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, combine whole-grain mustard, olive oil, Dijon mustard, shallots, and tarragon. Add water and season with salt and pepper. Serve the sauce with the roasted meat.
