Poached spinach with sesame seeds

Preparation:

Fry 8-10 cloves of garlic and a pinch of red pepper flakes in a skillet with vegetable oil until golden. Add 10 cups of spinach and cook until wilted. Splash some water into the pan and add a pinch of salt. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and drizzle with sesame oil.
