Chocolate Chip Brownie Bars topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 300 g dark or milk chocolate, cut into pieces
- 2/3 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 0.5 cups premium flour
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 90 g white chocolate chips or drops
- 90 g milk chocolate chips
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 160°C, grease a 20cm springform pan with butter and line with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar and vanilla. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Stir in the flour and salt. Stir in the white and milk chocolate chips.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
