Fruit sangria with cava topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 2 bottles (750 ml each) of well-chilled cava (Spanish sparkling wine)
- 2 tbsp. well-chilled sparkling mineral water
- 1 cup well-chilled peach brandy
- 1 cup of ultrafine sugar
- About 4 cups of mixed berries, such as blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries, rinsed
Preparation:
- In a large punch bowl, combine the sparkling water, brandy, and sugar. Once the sugar has dissolved, open the sparkling wine and carefully pour it into the bowl.
- Pour half of the prepared berries there, and leave the rest for serving in glasses.
