Ingredients:
Cocktail
- 90 ml of green juice, recipe follows
- 60 ml of gin
- 15 ml syrup
- A slice of cucumber for garnish
Green fresh
- 1-2 large juicy lemons, peeled and cored
- 1 medium Granny Smith apple, peeled and cored
- 2 sheets romaine lettuce
- 1/2 large cucumber, washed
- 1 cup spinach or kale
Syrup
- 1 cup granulated sugar
Preparation:
- Combine green juice, gin, and syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
SyrupIn a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water and sugar to a boil. Once the sugar has completely dissolved, remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
- Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
Green fresh Using the appropriate juicer settings for each product, juice the following in this order: lemon, apple, lettuce, cucumber, and green vegetables. Serve immediately, with ice if desired.
