Homemade White Chocolate Liqueur topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 110 g of white chocolate
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 teaspoons bourbon vanilla
- 1 cup of vodka
Preparation:
- Place white chocolate, cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan. Heat slowly, stirring, until the chocolate melts.
- When the chocolate is completely melted, remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.
- Stir in vodka and place in a resealable container. Let the liqueur steep for 12-24 hours (preferably in the refrigerator) before using. Bottle the liqueur or (optional) strain through a double layer of cheesecloth or a nut milk bag. (Gently squeeze the cheesecloth to help the liqueur drain.)
Enjoy this creamy chocolate liqueur neat or in cocktails. Enjoy!
