Kale chips

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 450 g kale, washed, stems removed, torn or cut into 2.5 cm pieces.

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C with a rack in the center.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Add the kale and toss to combine.
  3. Spread on a large baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 16-20 minutes, turning once, until crisp.
