Green Onion and Ginger Sauce topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1 large bunch of coarsely chopped green onions
- 85 g peeled and coarsely chopped fresh ginger
- 6 sprigs of thyme (leaves removed)
- 1 crushed clove of garlic
- 1.5 tbsp. canola oil
- Salt and ground black pepper
Preparation:
- Place the green onions, ginger, thyme, and garlic in a food processor. Process until finely chopped. With the processor running, slowly whisk in the oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
