Ingredients:

  • 450 g of premium wheat flour
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • 2 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 - 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Water
  • Vegetable oil

Preparation:

  1. Sift all the dry ingredients into a bowl and add enough water to form a dough. Cut off a small piece of dough and roll it into a log 8-13 cm long. Roll it into a decorative pattern. Fry in oil, filling it to a depth of 4 cm and preheating to 180°C.
