Baked Green Beans with Garlic

Ingredients:

  • 450 g green beans
  • 6 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. chopped tarragon
  • 2 tsp. mustard seeds
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation:

  1. Combine green beans, garlic, water, and olive oil on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 230°C (450°F) for approximately 20 minutes. Remove the beans from the oven and toss with tarragon and mustard seeds, season with salt and pepper to taste.
