Walnut muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup brown sugar, tightly packed
  • 0.5 cups premium flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 150 g melted butter

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line 9 muffin tins with paper liners and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the walnuts, sugar, and flour. Make a well in the center of the mixture. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until foamy. Add the melted butter and mix. Pour the egg mixture into the well in the flour mixture and mix.
  3. Spoon the batter into the muffin cups, filling them almost to the top. Bake until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
