Cold whipped coffee

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp. instant coffee
• 1–2 tablespoons sugar, to taste
• 2 tablespoons of hot water
• 1 cup of milk
• Ice

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water. Beat until fluffy, about 1–2 minutes.
2. Pour milk into a glass filled with ice. Top with whipped coffee. Stir with a straw or spoon.
