Ingredients:
- Half a grapefruit
- 60 ml of whiskey
- 2 sugar cubes
Preparation:
- Using a vegetable peeler, peel the zest from the grapefruit in a long strip. Twist it to create a beautiful curl. Squeeze the juice from the grapefruit. Set aside.
- Add whiskey and sugar cubes to a glass filled with ice. Using a muddler or wooden spoon, muddle the sugar cubes into the whiskey.
- Fill a glass with ice and top with grapefruit juice. Garnish with grapefruit zest and serve.
