Welcome to the Rainforest Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 170 ml guava nectar
• 90 ml spiced rum, such as Bacardi Oakheart
• 45 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
• 45 ml. lychee liqueur
• 30 ml grenadine syrup
• 4 dashes of Angostura bitters
• Additionally: cocktail shaker, 2 straws and cocktail umbrellas

Preparation:

1. Combine guava nectar, spiced rum, lime juice, liqueur, and grenadine in a shaker. Shake vigorously without ice and strain into a glass.
2. Add bitters and garnish with a mint sprig, parasol, cherry and 2 straws for two.
