Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons softened unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 3 cups of sugar-free pineapple juice
- 120 ml dark rum
- 4 cinnamon sticks
Preparation:
- In a small bowl, beat together the butter, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg until smooth.
- In a medium saucepan, heat the pineapple juice until very hot, but do not boil. Remove from heat and stir in the herb butter.
- Pour the rum into four mugs. Pour the pineapple juice into the mugs. Place a cinnamon stick in each mug and serve.
