Caesar Salad Dressing with Mayonnaise

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons anchovy paste
  • 2 tablespoons of crushed garlic
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Ground black pepper

Preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, anchovy paste and garlic.
  2. Stir in lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of water, and a few grinds of black pepper. Blend until smooth.
