Ingredients:
- 450 g medium carrots, cut into 5 cm pieces.
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tbsp light brown sugar
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp chili powder
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- Special equipment: 6-liter air fryer
Preparation:
- In a medium bowl, combine carrots with oil, sugar, salt, chili powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper, if using.
- Place the carrots in a single layer in a 6-quart air fryer and cook at 200°C (400°F) until golden brown around the edges, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with mint and serve immediately.
