Mai Tai cocktail with tequila topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen, plus extra for serving
- 0.5 cup mango, fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 cups of ice
- 120 ml of tequila blanco
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 60 ml guava juice
- 1 tbsp grenadine + extra for serving
- 4 maraschino cherries
- 4 cocktail umbrellas
Preparation:
- Combine pineapple, mango, powdered sugar, ice, tequila, orange juice, guava juice and grenadine in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Garnish cocktails with pineapple, grenadine, cherry and umbrella if desired.
