Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1.5 cups finely grated Gruyere
- 0.5 cup finely grated Parmesan
- 1 small clove of garlic, grated
Preparation:
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring the cream to a gentle simmer. Stir in the mustard.
- Add the Gruyere, Parmesan, and garlic and cook until the cheeses are melted and combined, and the sauce is smooth, 3–4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
