Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cups of sour milk or kefir
  • 1/4 cup grainy mustard
  • 1.5 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 4 cups cold breaded fried chicken, cut into large cubes (5-8 pieces of breasts and thighs)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 stalks celery, diced
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 sliced ​​croissants

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, mustard, Italian seasoning, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice.
