- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1/3 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1–2 tsp hot sauce
- Special equipment: 3.5-liter air fryer
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, combine 1 tablespoon salt, 2 tablespoons pepper, and 1 teaspoon paprika. Add the ribs and toss to coat well.
- Preheat the air fryer to 175°C. Place the ribs in the air fryer basket and cook until tender and golden brown, about 40 minutes.
Barbecue sauce Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, combine the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, 2 teaspoons salt, 2 teaspoons black pepper, 3/4 cup water, and the remaining 2 teaspoons paprika. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the sugar melts and the sauce is heated through, about 2 minutes. Cover and keep warm over low heat.
- Immediately dip the cooked ribs one by one into the sauce and let any excess drip off. Serve with the remaining dipping sauce.
