Classic coleslaw

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups finely shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons celery seeds
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • A pinch of sugar

Preparation:

  1. Combine the cabbage and carrots in a large bowl. Set aside. Combine the mayonnaise and sour cream in a small bowl.
  2. Add celery seeds, vinegar, sugar, and a little salt and black pepper. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots and toss. Let the salad sit in the refrigerator to chill, then serve.
