Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon dried edible rose petals
- 180 ml tonic
- 45 ml of quality gin
- 0.5-1 teaspoon rose water
- 1 strawberry, for decoration
Preparation:
- Place 0.5 teaspoon of petals in a tall glass (highball or collins), fill the glass with ice, then add the remaining 0.5 teaspoon of rose petals.
- Pour in tonic, then gin, then rosewater, and add more ice. Make a slit in the strawberry at the pointed end, almost to the stem, and set it on the rim of the glass.
