Ingredients:
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 0.5 cup coconut flakes
Preparation:
- In a food processor, combine 1 cup each rolled oats and crunchy peanut butter with 1/2 cup sweetened coconut, 1/3 cup each ground flaxseed, chopped dried cranberries, and honey.
- Form 2.5 cm balls, then roll them in ground flaxseed. Place in the freezer to firm up. Drizzle with honey and serve.
