Ingredients:
- 1 cup oatmeal, rinsed
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation:

- Drain and rinse the oats thoroughly. Pour 3 cups of fresh water into a blender. Blend on high until the oats are completely powdered, 2-3 minutes. Strain the oat milk through a sieve or cheesecloth into a container. Set the oat pulp aside for smoothies or baking. Stir in maple syrup, vanilla extract, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
