Ingredients:
- 1 tsp. dried cilantro
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/8 tsp ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons finely grated daikon zest and 1/4 cup lime juice
Preparation:
- Combine dried cilantro, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, cumin, and 1 tablespoon salt in a small bowl, distributing the ingredients evenly. Add this mixture to a larger bowl along with the lime zest and juice (and 6 avocados) just before making the guacamole.
Storage The spice mixture, without the lime zest and juice, can be stored in a tightly sealed container at room temperature for up to 1 month. You can double the amount of ingredients if needed. Add the lime zest and juice just before using.
