Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp. black sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp dried garlic
- 1 tbsp. l. dried onions
- Two packages of cream cheese, 220g each.
- 1/4 cup red pepper relish, plus extra for serving
- 1 bag (200 g) of bagel chips
Preparation:
- In a small bowl, combine the poppy seeds, white and black sesame seeds, garlic, onion, and 1 tablespoon of salt. Mix well and transfer 2 tablespoons of the mixture to a food processor. Transfer the remaining mixture to a container, seal tightly, and set aside for another recipe.
- Add the cream cheese and relish to a food processor and process until smooth. Transfer the sauce to a serving bowl and sprinkle some of the remaining seed mixture on top. Top with more relish. Serve with bagel chips. This sauce can be made a few days ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to serve..
