Ingredients:
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1 bunch of frisee
- 1 grapefruit
- 110 g of toasted walnuts
Preparation:
- Mix 2 tablespoons each of grapefruit juice and olive oil, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons of honey-mustard sauce, 1 teaspoon of poppy seeds and 0.5 teaspoon of coarse salt.
- Add 1 chopped romaine lettuce heart and 1 chopped frisée bunch, some walnuts, grapefruit wedges, and sliced shallots. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
