Waldorf salad with chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sour milk or kefir
  • 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 3 tablespoons thinly sliced ​​green onions
  • 2 cups shredded grilled chicken
  • 2 celery stalks, diced, plus leaves for serving
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup golden raisins
  • 8 leaves of Bibb lettuce
  • Finely chopped chives, for serving

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, yogurt, vinegar, dill, and green onions. Add the chicken, celery, apple, grapes, walnuts, and raisins, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Divide the chicken salad among the lettuce leaves and top with chives and celery leaves.
