Fried spicy broccolini topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 2 bunches of broccolini
- 1.5 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. l. agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce with garlic
Preparation:
- Toss 2 large, trimmed bunches of broccolini on a baking sheet with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Spread in a single layer and bake in the oven at 450°F (245°C) until the broccolini is crispy around the edges, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Combine 1.5 teaspoons of soy sauce with 1 tablespoon of agave syrup and 1 teaspoon of chili-garlic sauce. Drizzle the sauce over the broccolini.
