Fried spicy broccolini

Ingredients:

  • 2 bunches of broccolini
  • 1.5 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. l. agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon chili sauce with garlic

Preparation:

  1. Toss 2 large, trimmed bunches of broccolini on a baking sheet with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Spread in a single layer and bake in the oven at 450°F (245°C) until the broccolini is crispy around the edges, 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. Combine 1.5 teaspoons of soy sauce with 1 tablespoon of agave syrup and 1 teaspoon of chili-garlic sauce. Drizzle the sauce over the broccolini.
